Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp. You can also view order status anytime under My Account → My Orders.

Orders can be cancelled from My Account → My Orders before they are shipped. Once shipped, please use our returns process instead.

We accept online payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

Yes. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.

If you're not satisfied with a product, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery from My Account → Returns, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Delivery is FREE on orders above ₹999. For smaller orders, delivery charges depend on the order weight and value, calculated automatically at checkout.
