If JAM cancels an order for which payment has already been received, the full amount will be refunded.

JAM will not be responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Customers should inspect their packages at the time of delivery and promptly report any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.
